Regarding cooperation agreement, I need to understand what kind of cooperation are you referring to? Do you mean AP31 acting as our representative for a particular smelter project? From what I understood AP31 is also not EPC company as well, so I need to understand a bit more then we can discuss how to cooperate with each other.
For the technological advantage, I had sent the general ppt of our acid plant technology to your side earlier. MECS with long history / reference list / track record of design different type of sulfuric acid plant all over the world. We are the only technology licensors supplying all the key equipment - A/B/C/D (pls. refer to the ppt) like a one stop solution, these proprietary equipment are important to make the plant operating well and meet the required warranty / emission, where other licensors purchase these key equipment from different suppliers, if there is anything happen then it would be a problem and which party will take the lead and help the final end user resolve their problems.
In terms of technology, if we are referring to a specific one such as Heat Recovery System (HRS) with sulfuric acid plant, we have over 90 references around the world where our major competitor from Europe / Canada may have only 1 or 2 or even no successful reference.
